interior solid oak furniture, at New Dawn Furniture we use
kiln dried American white oak which is sustainable and comes
from well managed forests.
American white oak has a beautiful and interesting
grain pattern which adds to the individual character of the
furniture, with a good consistency of colour, this timber is
particularly well suited to the popular lighter finishes and
is ideal for treating with Danish or boiled linseed oil, it
can also be left natural and treated with a clear wax
finish.
We offer a bespoke making service,
which is ideal for special items which require furniture
made to certain measurements, such as lamp tables, coffee
tables, console tables and dining tables, we can also make
dining chairs with wooden or upholstered seats, side benches
and stools are also popular.
